Our wax melts are handcrafted using a coconut-soy wax blend, clean fragrance oils, ethically sourced mica, and natural dyes.

How quickly will my order ship?
Our current order processing time is 5-7 business days if the items are in stock, but for pre-orders up to 10 business days. Keep checking back as this may change!
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes. For more information on bulk pricing and quantity price breaks, please contact us. Some examples of large orders we’re happy to accommodate are:

- Gifts to clients or vendors

Is local pickup available?
If you live in or around the Austin TX area, we are able to offer local pickup! Contact us for more information before placing an order.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes! Check out our custom order form for more information. We can only accept a limited quantity of these per month.
What is your return policy?
We ONLY accept returns on unopened, unused items. We cannot offer returns on lost or stolen packages. We ONLY offer refunds on damaged items with an included provided photo. Please contact us in order to initiate or inquire about a return.
Can I cancel my order?
We are unable to cancel your order after 48 hours as it is being processed after this time. Thank you for understanding!
